This resort in RAK, made up of 10 buildings of furnished apartments and a hotel, is a conceptual design. The main spine of the project is the common beach front promenade that connects all the buildings together. Moreover, guests can enjoy a special experience of high-end restaurants and bars inside the hanging spheres on the roofs. A2Z engineers handled the most important part of the project, which is, finding the solution to the cantilevered pools that rest on top of some of the buildings.
